Several individuals are also separately registered as investment adviser representative sunder Focus Financial Network, a registered investment advisor, offering advisory services in the states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. As such, these services are strictly intended for individuals residing in these states.
