Gayle is a 45+ year veteran of the financial services industry and owner of Employee Benefits Administration, Inc., a wealth management firm in Winchester, Virginia that provides comprehensive investment solutions and financial planning for individuals and corporations. She helps individuals create and preserve wealth through prudent money management with a personalized approach.

A past board member of the Advisory Council of Securities America, Inc., the Advisory Council of her prior Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction, the Women’s Advisory Council of Osaic Wealth, Inc., as well as Shenandoah University’s School of Business, which she also chaired a two-year term. Gayle received the Advancing our Profession Award from the Ladenburg Institute of Women and Finance (LIWF) and is a past mentor for both the LIFT mentoring program with the Ladenburg Institute of Women and Finance and the W-Forum mentoring program with Advisor Group. In 2023, Gayle was Awarded “100 Solo Advisors to Watch” by AdvisorHub, in 2024 and in 2025, she was Awarded “100 Women to Watch” by AdvisorHub and received lnvestmentNews Advisor of the Year 2025 Excellence Awardee (Regional-SouthEast). Personal Life

Gayle has been a long-time volunteer with The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival and is currently Co-Chair of Queen and Court. She is past Chair of the Shenandoah University’s School of Business. In November of 2023, Gayle had the honor of being asked to assist with the ringing of the bell on the NYSE.
