Chris Carlson, CFP® | Director of Recruiting
Chris joined Focus Financial in 2006 as the Director of Recruiting and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Focus Financial, he acquired diverse experience from working in the financial planning, banking and brokerage industries. This experience enables him to relate to a variety of advisors from many different parts of the industry. In his role as Director of Recruiting, Chris communicates with veteran financial advisors about the benefits of affiliation with Focus Financial. Chris enjoys interacting with advisors before and after they affiliate to discuss their practice, their business mix, and what is important to them regarding this move. He enjoys listening to advisors and working with them to make their transition go as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
Chris graduated with a BBA from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1991 and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 65 registrations. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at Feed My Starving Children.
