Financial planning services

PERSONAL FINANCE – Evaluation of your personal finances, analysis of your budgeting process, management of cash flow and identification of your short-term, intermediate and long-term goals. It may involve discussions on banking, spending and saving habits, use of credit, college education costs and other areas pertinent to each individual situation.

INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO DESIGN AND STRATEGIES – Evaluation and/or creation of your investment portfolio, analysis of your risk tolerance and liquidity needs. We discuss various investment alternatives, concepts, and strategies, along with their potential applications in your portfolio taking into consideration your age, tax bracket, needs, goals and risk tolerance.

TAX MANAGEMENT – Analysis of your prior, current and future federal and state income tax liabilities. We discuss methods to reduce or defer income taxes, as well as the impact of these strategies. We will work in conjunction with your accountant in an effort to minimize taxes.

RISK MANAGEMENT – Analysis and review of all existing insurance polices. An evaluation of current and potential future risk is discussed. We will help you identify the appropriate amount of insurance needed and provide facts about the variety of insurance products available in the marketplace.

EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS – Includes analysis of existing group benefits, executive compensation, qualified pension and profit sharing plans. Advice is then given about available alternatives.

RETIREMENT PLANNING/FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE – Analysis of your projected needs and goals at given retirement ages and strategies to meet the desired goals.

ESTATE PLANNING – Identification of your goals and facilitation of the estate planning process with an attorney of your choice. This facet includes advice with respect to asset allocation, investment income accumulation, property distribution, estate tax reduction and tax payment techniques. This involves discussions of gifts, trusts, etc., and disposition of business interest, as applicable.

CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING AND STRATEGIES – Various techniques are available and included, as defined in the contract. These may include:

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING – Includes alternatives and techniques with respect to continuation or disposition of the business upon the business owner’s retirement, death, or decision to sell.

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS – Includes analysis of existing plans, proposals to modify or improve them, and new plans which may be introduce or implemented. These may include 401(k) plans, defined benefit plans, qualified plans, income deferral plans, and the like.
