Phase 3 Advisory Services was established on the principle that personal values and goals should be the foundation upon which all financial decisions are made. Although money cannot buy happiness, sound financial management is a critical part of pursuing a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We believe that successful financial management should strive to increase both personal wealth and personal fulfillment.
While your financial plan is critical to helping you plan for your financial future, we feel that life planning is even more important to consider. What is it that you want to achieve in your life? At Phase 3 Advisory Services we build your financial plan around your life goals. It is not enough for your financial plan to work – we want it to work for YOU.
Our 4-Step Approach to Financial Planning
Through our 4-step process, Phase 3 Advisory Services assists you to develop a customized plan to help weather any financial season. We work with you to develop a plan to meet your needs that you are comfortable with. Once your plan is in place we regularly review it and make adjustments along the way as necessary.
Step 1: Discover Your Needs and Lifestyle Goals
Step 2: Create Your Customized Financial Plan
Step 3: Put Your Plan Into Action
Step 4: On-going Review & Management
The primary services offered by Phase 3 Advisory Services include Mapping, Monitoring, and Management
Mapping is the term we use for financial planning and wealth management. Just as a good map will guide you from where you are now to where you are going, a good financial plan will help you determine how to get from where you are today to where you’d like to be in the future. Through mapping we offer customized services to meet your comprehensive financial needs including:
- Retirement planning
- Tax reduction
- Balancing and managing risk
- Paying for college
- Balancing income and expenses
- Life Planning
- Reviewing insurance coverage
- Leaving a legacy for your family
Monitoring is a key ingredient to financial success. The success of your financial plan or Map will largely depend on your follow through as well as the performance of your investment portfolio. As part of our Portfolio Monitoring Service, we will review your portfolio on a quarterly basis and identify any changes that need to be made.
Managing is the process of security selection. Where monitoring is concerned with the big picture, managing is concerned with the details. Managing is the process of choosing which stocks or bonds to buy and creating tax efficiency. Our job is to help you find the money management strategies that are an appropriate fit for your situation given your particular goals and risk tolerance.
